200 g carrots (82 calories), 140 g celery (20 calories), 1 medium red onion (50 calories), 10 cherry tomatoes (40 calories), 2 tablespoons vegetable bouillon, (a surprising 40 calories).
This is a thick soup with 1 litre of water, but it can be watered down to go further, and further still if you add noodles. Add chilli flakes for extra flavour. Shown here before and after cooking.
