Fry one rasher of bacon (40 calories), and cut into small pieces. Throw in the konjac noodles (12 calories), being sure to rinse them several times first. Break in an egg (65 calories) and stir until the egg is cooked. Add 10g of grated parmesan (43 calories) and you’re done!
