
A great light lunch, easy to make and low on calories – while being really tasty.
This comprises one sourdough thin (20 calories), topped with a smear of extra light cream cheese (16 calories), a slice of pastrami (16 calories) and all topped off with a slice of pickled cucumber (8 calories).
You can vary the ingredients, say by using ham instead of pastrami, and miss out the cucumber if you like – although it does add an extra crunch as well as loads of flavour.
Have two of them for a satisfying lunch.
