
A surprisingly filling stir fry dish that can be cooked from scratch in just a few minutes.
Chop 100g fresh skinless chicken breast (106 calories) and fry using very little oil, together with 100g baby corn (26 calories) and 100g asparagus (20 calories). Add a dash of soya sauce (10 calories) and, for extra flavour, half a spoon of Telma chicken stock powder dissolved in a small amount of boiling water (10 calories).
Serve with half a pack of cauliflower rice (10 calories) for a delicious quick meal.
