It consists of one can of tuna in brine (110 calories), two medium hard-boiled eggs (130 calories), half a tomato (11 calories), half a cup of green beans (17 calories), a quarter cup of red onion (16 calories), one cup of lettuce (5 calories), together with one tablespoon of low fat salad cream (21 calories).
